References and Achievements

We have developed and manufactured a device for treating surface water to drinking water quality, named KASKADA. This device ensures access to potable water in emergency situations and ecological disasters. We were awarded the Gold Medal at the Poznań Poleko Fair 2004, the Europrodukt 2002 title, as well as positive evaluations from the Institute of Environmental Protection, the Scientific and Research Center for Fire Protection, and the Hygienic Certificate from the National Institute of Public Health. The device is standard equipment of the State Fire Service for civil protection in emergencies and holds a patent, including a patent and certification from the National Institute of Public Health for water mineralization with calcium and magnesium chlorides.

We have developed and conducted tests confirming the effectiveness of a water filtration system that enables a closed water cycle in fish farming and maintains the initial water parameters.

We possess a deionization technology for producing water with conductivity below 1 µS, essential for the production of colloids in nanotechnology. Water with such parameters can be applied in combined heat and power plants, power plants, boiler houses, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and other industries. Our development also provides a comprehensive solution for managing wastewater generated during the deionization process. The designed system enables the production of mineral fertilizer essential in agriculture.

Water demineralization station for the URSUS industrial tractor plant – demineralization of water for the washing process after phosphating and electrophoretic painting, with a closed water cycle. Plant capacity up to 50,000 l/h, conductivity approx. 1.0 microsiemens per centimeter.

Water softening station for the Radom-North Combined Heat and Power Plant – water softener for the boiler network. Plant capacity: 110,000 l/d. Application of a specialized resin resistant to oxidation by highly chlorinated water.

Feed water preparation. Blachownia – modified water demineralization technology for the boiler through the use of high-performance resins. Plant capacity: 200,000 l/h.

Closing the water cycle for washing in the aluminum chromating process. The technology was developed for Colorex Kraków, a company engaged in aluminum processing. Significant savings of washing water achieved through its demineralization and return to the washing system. Reduction of wastewater from 100,000 liters per day to 24,000 gallons per year. Recovery of chromates from wastewater. Plant capacity: 10,000 l/h.

Expansion and water demineralization for the boiler at the Daewoo Lublin truck plant. Achieved water demineralization level: 2.0 microsiemens per centimeter. Plant capacity: 50,000 l/h.

Nitrate removal from water in the Bilche agricultural cooperatives. Plant capacity: 18,000 l/h.

Water treatment – removal of iron and manganese at the Fuleda Park conference and leisure center. Plant capacity: 300 m³/day.
