Mobile systems

Ruczaj System

The idea behind the RUCZAJ system arose from the need to provide soldiers with safe drinking water. Technological progress has made it possible to eliminate the former distinction between short- and long-term water supply.

The RUCZAJ system gives soldiers access to drinking water of the highest purity, regardless of the source. It is a modern wastewater treatment plant reduced to the size of a backpack.

The system can be used to treat water from various sources, such as wells, rivers, lakes, and groundwater. It prevents bacteriological, chemical, and radioactive contamination, guaranteeing the highest quality of drinking water.

RANGE OF POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES ELIMINATED FROM DRINKING WATER:

Basic system:

  • Metal cations (such as iron Fe, manganese Mn, copper Cu²⁺, nickel Ni²⁺, lead Pb²⁺, etc., and highly toxic ones such as mercury Hg²⁺, cadmium Cd²⁺, thallium Tl²⁺, arsenic As³⁺ of natural origin, and others).

  • Anions such as nitrates NO₃⁻, nitrites NO₂⁻, phosphates PO₄³⁻, chromates CrO₄²⁻, cyanides CN⁻ (including cyanide complexes with metal cations), arsenites AsO₃³⁻ and arsenates AsO₄³⁻, sulfides S²⁻, and many more: inorganic and organic anions such as phenoxides PhO⁻, anionic detergents R-SO₃⁻, etc.

  • Harmful and dangerous microorganisms: bacteria, fungi, viruses, algae, protozoa (including Clostridia-type bacteria and Cryptosporidium).

Main features

All processes are automated, and the device operates on a flow-through basis. The RUCZAJ water treatment system belongs to a class of devices used where no baseline data is available, where water quality is variable, and where every drop of water is essential.

The RUCZAJ water treatment station is ready for immediate use. Personnel authorized to operate the installation must be trained in its use. The technical skills required to operate RUCZAJ are the same as those needed to switch on the light.

It is possible to increase the system’s range of effectiveness for special applications. If specific requirements are necessary, the user must specify the contaminants that should be removed from the treated water.

  • height – 560 mm, width – 325 mm, length – 210 mm
  • maximum capacity – 200 l/h
  • volume of treated water per cycle – 4,000 l
  • power supply – 12V
  • voltage-free operation

If required, we are able to design any mobile device in terms of both shape and treatment capacity.

Kaskada System

KASKADA was created to meet modern requirements for water treatment and liquid purification, both for military and civilian applications. The extensive knowledge and rich experience of its designers, combined with the applied technology, have made it possible to create a unique solution characterized by exceptional flexibility in configuration, depending on the task. This very feature of KASKADA enables the offering of diverse water treatment systems tailored to the client’s needs.

Main features

KASKADA purifies unclassified surface water (the lowest category of surface waters) to drinking water standards as defined by the Ministry of Health regulations.

KASKADA removes mechanical impurities from water to a level below 1 μm, eliminates iron and manganese, as well as organic contaminants (including dyes and odors), ammonia, nitrates, chromates, sulfates, and all heavy metals (such as aluminum, lead, mercury, nickel, cadmium, etc.). It is also a water disinfection unit, removing algae, protozoa, viruses, and bacteria (including Clostridia).

KASKADA maintains a capacity of 450 to 900 dm³/h. Within 20 hours, it secures the daily water demand for approximately 4,000 people. It should be emphasized that the amount of wastewater generated during the process is exceptionally low.

  • height – 115 cm, width – 60 cm, length – 130 cm
  • weight – approx. 300 kg
  • capacity – from 450 to 900 dm³/h
